Your Bakery Equipment Queries Answered
Can I get training on my new machine?
Onsite training is given during installation and commissioning of large equipment. Training can be arranged on smaller pieces equipment on a case-by-case basis, if not self-explanatory.
Can I test the equipment before making a purchase?
Unfortunately, not. We have references for many of our brands and types of equipment.

Does CBS sell used equipment?
No. We do however from time to time have customers who maybe upgrading or selling a piece of equipment and if we can we may be able to help with a sale or purchase.
Can I get a replacement part for my machine?
Yes. We carry some parts however not every part. Most are only a flight away from our suppliers so delivery can be relatively quick pending suppliers’ stock.
What are the lead times for my products?
We carry a selection of items in stock that can be delivered within one week, depending on availability and location.
Custom-Made Items:
For custom products, lead times can vary widely. Some custom items may require the creation of samples for evaluation, tooling, and final approval before proceeding with manufacturing. The entire process, including sampling and production, can take between 4 to 16 weeks, depending on the complexity of the item. Shipping times are then determined by the size, weight, and origin of the product, with options for either air freight or sea freight.
Standard Factory Items:
Items that are produced by our standard factory partners typically require 4 to 16 weeks for production, followed by shipping time (either air or sea freight based on size, weight, and origin).

Where is my order?
Creative Bakery Solutions partners with a variety of third-party logistics providers to deliver your order. Depending on the shipping method, you will automatically receive tracking details for your convenience. For international shipments, if you have not received updates, please feel free to contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to assist you with tracking your order.
