Revent 724 Double Rack Gas Oven – Oil/Gas Standard

The Revent TCC (Total Convection Control) and HCS (High Volume Steam) system takes baking quality to an even higher level. The ovens are constructed of stainless steel and include a Graphic Interactive Control panel. The Revent MULTIBAKE function, automatic steam and damper control along with other features in the GIAC system, give bakers better flexibility when programming product bake profiles.
Electric ovens are equipped with enclosed stainless steel tubular elements to minimise energy costs and help maintain consistent temperatures.
