Vitella Cutting Grids are precision-engineered accessories designed to expand the versatility of your Vitella dough divider or divider/press machine. Using a quick-change mounting system (page 26), these grids allow bakers to produce a wide variety of dough shapes, sizes, and divisions using a single machine — without compromising dough quality or machine performance.
Each grid is manufactured from 304 food-grade stainless steel (page 33), ensuring exceptional durability, hygiene, and resistance to wear. Shapes and sizes range from small uniform squares to rectangles, narrow strips, hexagonal patterns, and high-volume mini cuts, giving bakers full control over portioning for bread, buns, pastries, pizza, artisan products, and more.
Vitella grids are designed to protect the integrity of high-hydration doughs and soft doughs by maintaining clean cuts without tearing, while still supporting high-speed, high-volume production.
